Founded in Jersey in 2025 to serve a single family heavily invested in private markets, whose complexity and pace required a highly experienced, tech-enabled, modern family office set-up.

Over time, we have extended the model on a highly selective basis to a handful of complementary families — those who require the dedication of a single-family office — but who recognise the advantages of sharing best in class infrastructure within a tightly run multi-family operation.

Daniel and Katrina recognised the bespoke nature of the administration of personal wealth for founders post exit, or Hedge Fund and PE founders — typically heavily private markets focussed — building DKP to best serve this complexity from an asset, family, governance and succession perspective. DKP, all of whom are accountants and process driven, have built a smart, simple, platform to give control and visibility, without the overhead of legacy institutions.

We leverage significant experience, both of the Jersey Trust industry, of the needs of successful fund founders and principals, of administration of portfolios heavily weighted to privates, and of decades-long relationships across the private client advisory, legal, tax, accounting, banking, fintech sectors, to bring a lean, modern, tech-enabled approach.

DKP’s modern approach to family office recognises the importance of a smarter, simpler platform, which gives control, visibility and clean governance. Our focus is on the co-ordination of data via simplified systems, built specifically for active private market investing and of working with best in class third parties, remaining lean and agile.

What we don’t do is provide tax advice or investment advice.

What we do is provide the oversight, streamline the data — private markets included, co-ordinate the best third-party teams, drive the wealth & tax planning, family governance, succession, philanthropy and investment strategy, whilst executing all administration, ensuring all corporate and personal compliance (tax reporting, financials, day-to-day including private asset administration), is seamless.

Daniel qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and has 20+ years of experience in senior roles within the Trust, Corporate and Financial Services industry, including at Group Board and Partner level. Before co-founding DKP, he held the role of Managing Director for a multi-jurisdictional Trust Company in both their Netherlands and Jersey offices. Daniel is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), a Chartered Director (IoD), and a Chartered Member of CISI. He has lived and worked in the UK, Jersey, Hong Kong and The Netherlands.

Katrina qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and has 20+ years of experience in senior roles, including at Board and Partner level within leading and formerly independent Jersey trust companies, where she led the relationships for prominent principals in the private equity and hedge fund sectors. During her time in industry, Katrina focused on administering structures holding significant private market components, combined with US/UK cross-border exposure. Katrina is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and STEP qualified. When in private practice, she was recognised in numerous industry rankings including Who’s Who Legal, Global Elite Thought Leaders and Citiwealth, and has previously sat on the judging panel for the PAM Private Markets Access awards.
